Casa Pedro Barrera – Terms and Conditions

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: between 16:00 and 20:00

  • Check-out: before 11:00

  • Early check-in: feel free to ask us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  • Late check-out: depending on availability. A small extra charge of € 10,00 per hour per room will apply. For check-out after 17:00; an additional night will be charged.

Reservations & Payments

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival.
100% of the total amount will be charged 14 days before arrival.
For the renting of the entire house, a deposit of €250 will be held on your credit card on the day of arrival unless otherwise stated.

  • To confirm your booking you will receive an email with your booking details.

  • We could ask for a pre-authorization amount to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival.

  • We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash (Not American Express cards).

  • Any additional costs, such as breakfast or extras, can be paid at check-out.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will not incur any charges, any deposit will be refunded.

  • After this period, a charge of 50% will be applied. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged the full amount of the booking.

  • If you do not show up or leave early, you will not get a refund and the amount will be charged.

Children & Extra Beds

  • Children are welcome.

  • Extra bed availability and rates may vary. Please check room amenities and contact us for more information.

Swimming Pool

  • Our pool is available for all guests to enjoy during the day.
  • Opening hours are from 09:00 until sunset. After sunset you can enjoy a midnight swim in peaceful silence. 
  • Beach towels are available at the pool. After use, you may leave them by the pool or place them in the laundry basket inside the poolhouse.
  • Please shower before entering the pool.
  • Diving is not allowed for your safety. The pool is shallow at points. 
  • If you’d like to use the BBQ in the poolhouse, just let us know; a small extra fee applies, and we’ll be happy to provide the wood and charcoal.
  • You are welcome to use the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with an electric hotplate, pots & pans, and a microwave.
  • Only the special provided plastic plates and glasses, are allowed in and around the poolhouse.
  • For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet around the pool.
  • Children must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.

Pets

  • We are happy to offer everyone an allergy-free room. Therefore pets are not allowed anywhere in our Casa. 

Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including all rooms and common areas.

  • You can smoke in the designated outdoor areas.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Please respect the property and follow the house rules.

House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00

  • Only guests with a booking are allowed on the property.

  • Children must always be supervised by an adult on the property.
  • Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
