Yes, some rooms include a delicious breakfast. Specific details you can find in your booking conformation. If not included, breakfast can always be ordered separately.

In addition to a delicious breakfast, we are happy to provide your lunch, some tapas or drinks. Feel free to ask us personally about the options, and please do so in time so we can be prepared. To complete your meal, we provide you with a good glass of wine, a soft drink, or a cocktail.

In Pinilla, just 2 kilometers down the road, on your left-hand side, next to the picturesque little white church, you’ll find the local Merendero San Jose. On Mondays they are closed, but the rest of the week they are open from 9.00 – 23.00 and you are welcome there for a coffee or a cold beer, the daily menu, or some homemade tapas. We highly recommend you visit the Merendero during your stay with us.

They are under renovation until the end of December. At daytime you are in the meantime still very welcome to grab a snack and a drink at their outside bar.

Check-in time is between 16.00 & 18.00 pm. 

Check-out time is between 7.30 & 11.00 am.

Our house provides enough space to safely park your car in front of the house. The shade under the beautiful pine trees helps to reduce your car’s temperature. 

Electric cars can be charged in our parking area as well; ask us for the additional conditions. 

WiFi is available in all rooms and shared areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Children are welcome, but extra bed availability and rates may vary. Please check room amenities or contact us for more information.

El Olivo can be booked as family room with a maximum stay of 4 people. La Cucharita can be booked optional for up to 2 persons extra; making it a maximum total of 6 persons.

When booking individual rooms: The Casa offers 5 rooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests in total.

When renting the entire property exclusively: You can stay with up to 16 people across 6 rooms, including the use of extra beds.

Towels are provided and will be changed upon your request.

Beach towels are available at the pool and will be changed daily.

In addition to the rooms, you can use common areas inside. Such as a dining room, where meetings can also be held, and two living rooms with large sofas and lounge chairs.

You can enjoy the sun at the pool terraces as well as the shade underneath the beautiful trees in our garden. There are a number of tables and chairs in different corners of the garden to enjoy a relaxing day. At the pool, you’ll find lounge chairs and sunbeds. Please always use a beach towel.

To keep the rooms cool inside, this 300-year-old Casa has extra thick walls and small windows. The wooden shutters and roller-blinds, also keep it fresh inside. We advise you to keep them shut during the day; so airconditioning won’t be needed.

All windows are fitted with mosquito nets, so you can leave the windows open at night; without having mosquitoes in the room.

We offer a ventilator in all rooms during summer time.

We offer a variety of cool soft drinks, white wines, cava and beers on behalf of Casa Pedro Barrera in the Maxi-Bar – refrigerator. You therefore do not need a refrigerator or cool box in the room. The red wines are kept cool in the climate room. At check-out you can pay for the drinks and extra’s you used.

We have a refrigerator available for your snacks or your groceries if you plan a Bbq at our Poolhouse.

We are happy to offer everyone an allergy-free room. Therefore pets are not allowed anywhere in our Casa.
