New Dutch owners B&B in Spain in the newspaper in The Netherlands, “Het Eindhovens Dagblad”
A few weeks ago, we received a call from Wilma Vervoort, our correspondent in the Netherlands for all things newsworthy and story-worthy. She had heard that we had recently embarked on a new project and, intrigued by the idea, reached out to request an interview to learn more about Casa Pedro Barrera and what we’ve been working on over the past few months.
Our Spanish adventure, from renovation to our first guests
So, after setting up an online call, we had the chance to share our Spanish adventures with her. Wilma came prepared with plenty of questions, and we were more than happy to take our time answering them. After all, it’s always easy to talk when you’re truly enthusiastic about something.
We spoke about the past few months in detail; the renovation of the house, the wonderful guests we’ve already welcomed in our B&B in Spain, the Wedding party we hosted (as mentioned in our previous post), as well as the warm local people we’ve met and the new friends we’ve made. Nothing was left out.

For us, it was a wonderful surprise to read the warm and genuine story Wilma wrote about our adventures. On Sunday we were delighted to receive her article digitally, and the next day we were even more amazed to see our story featured as a full-page spread in Het Eindhovens Dagblad.
